For the months of February and March, our church is collecting for PAWS and the Pauls Valley Animal Shelter. PAWS, the Pauls Valley Animal Welfare Society, was formed to improve the problems of disease, overpopulation, and abandonment of stray animals in Garvin County. The organization is made up of over 300 members who care about animals. Their goal is to relieve the suffering of stray animals and do everything in their power to find them homes and provide a decent animal shelter for Garvin County.
The shelter has asked for cat and dog food (specifically, Purina ), litter, towels, and blankets. Cleaning supplies, disinfecting wipes, and paper towel are also welcome donations. We will take the donated supplies each time the box is filled and start again. Let’s shower the PV Animal Shelter with our love for our four-legged friends.
